Advanced Model Exporter: board-ready workbooks from your live plan.

Turn Quoining actuals, forecast versions, and optional budgets into a formula-capable `.xlsx` model with cover, comparison, variance, checks, source audit, and optional assumptions tabs. Keep the workbook editable for reviewers without rebuilding the model by hand.

Workbook package

01

A real workbook model, not a screenshot of the app.

The exporter produces a formula-capable workbook from the selected entity scope, period range, actuals source, forecast version, and optional budget. Reviewers get separate tabs for the cover, three-way comparison, actuals, forecast, budget, variance analysis, checks, sources/audit, and optional assumptions.

  • Consolidated or entity-scoped exports.
  • Actuals, forecast, and optional budget in one workbook.
  • Formula or values-only mode for reviewer preference.
  • Integrity checks and source/audit tabs included by default.

Presentation controls

02

Finance controls the model format before download.

Customize title, subtitle, footer, font, currency units, frozen panes, gridlines, tab order, tab colors, and optional assumptions. The output is built for board packets, lender packages, and operating reviews where the `.xlsx` file still needs to be readable and editable.

  • Workbook title, subtitle, and footer controls.
  • Tab ordering and tab color settings.
  • Currency units, fonts, gridlines, and frozen panes.
  • Optional assumptions tab for narrative and model notes.

Controls

03

Export permission, source audit, and model status travel together.

Model exports require the export-data permission on top of the Enterprise planning entitlement. The workbook carries visible model status, source metadata, and check tabs so reviewers can see what ties and which Quoining records produced the numbers.

  • Requires Enterprise planning and export-data permission.
  • Sources/Audit tab documents selected records and periods.
  • Checks tab flags model completeness and tie-out status.
  • The exporter reads planning data only; it never posts to the GL.
